This position requires graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.  This position will require reading and understanding documents such as deeds, wills, affidavits, etc., in order to effectively transfer property ownership.  Applicant must also possess great communication, computer and analytical skills.

 

Knowledge of relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office.  This position is customer service oriented and requires attention to detail and accuracy.  Bookkeeping experience preferred.  Property tax experience is a plus.
